The 9days White head Adventure Africa Uganda safari gives you the great opportunity to experience Uganda, you will be taken on visit to four National parks found in this region; that is, Kibale National Park Uganda’s green rain forest and a home to over several primates; though this park is known as the Chimpanzees Park, there are also many more different species of primates that include Black and white Colobus monkey, not leaving out several species of mammals as well species of birds, Queen Elizabeth National Park, is located 376km from Kampala main City(Uganda’s Capital).the park was named after Queen Elizabeth. This park is home to Wildlife species, Primates, Mammals, Climbing lions in Ishasha sector and bird species, this is a great place with stunning landscape crossed by the mavorous Kazinga Channel. Semulik National Park. The 700m descent from Fort Portal town to Semuliki is one of the most scenic drives in Uganda. The only tract of true lowland tropical forest in East Africa, Semuliki represents the eastern limit of the Congo’s Ituri Forest and contains numerous Congo-Guinea species at the eastern limit of their ranges. The park’s 441 recorded bird species, including 35 found nowhere else in East Africa, 15 primates, 300 butterfly and 235 moth species make Semuliki as essential destination for serious naturalists. The Semuliki Valley is the 160km-long part of the Albertine Rift Valley between lakes Edward and Albert, on the remote, western side of the Rwenzori Mountains. Lake Mburo National Park Uganda’s smallest national, located 240km (by road) west of Kampala along the Kampala Mbarara road; it takes you about 3hours and 45minutes to drive to this Park. This is also home to zebra’s pigs, bush leopards, and buffaloes, not forgetting the various bird species. This park is most famous for having large numbers of Zebras in Uganda. It’s very cynical/unique with the rolling hills, the lush forests to the Savannah grasslands, and seasonal swamps to lakes are what make Lake Mburo National Park a different Park.at the end of the safari we shall to either Kampala or Entebbe City tours before you depart the country.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport

The say a journey of a 1000 miles begins with a single step, this day includes your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will meet up with our guide who will be available at the arrivals Exit holding either your names on paper or lifting our Company sign post with our logo on and Company name. He will assist you carry your luggage into our safari car and then drive to your hotel either in either Entebbe or Kampala City.

 Day 2: Travel to Kibale National Park.

On this day after an early breakfast, our guide will meet you at your hotel/residence at 6:30am, a quick briefing and later embark on your safari approximately 5hours journey. Along the way there will be a lot to see including great sightings of traditional villages and rolling landscapes. Just keep your camera near as you will be welcomed by different amazing animals such as baboons, monkeys. We will have a stopover in fort portal town for Lunch before we continue to Kibale Forest National Park where you will continue with visits to the attractive crater lakes, immediately after that, you will drive to your lodge for check in. Relax a bit in the evening and have dinner / overnight

Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi Swamp – Nature and Community walk

After having breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters where you will meet your rangers for briefing and by 8:00am the amazing search for chimpanzees will begin.

As you track there will be other  more opportunities to see other wildlife e.g. the grey cheeked mangabey, the green breasted pitta,L’Hoest’s’ birds like monkeys, golden monkeys;. This is surely a great/moment/ time for you to meet these chimpanzees as especially males guarding their territories, the young ones playing, and feeding. You will later return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation and then in the afternoon visit Bigodi –Swamp – wetland for a nature walk which mainly in the community, but this yet another home to a number of birds e.g. Great blue turaco and more primates. You will however meet and mix with the community for a chart before you are driven back to your lodge for dinner and overnight at the lodge. Overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Sumulik National Park.

In the afternoon after tracking, our guide shall drive you to Semulik National Park, 33km from Fort portal town for another night, in the evening when we arrive to Semulik for a boat cruise on the Semulik River, Bird watching and nature walk, dinner and overnight and the next day we will go for another Chimpanzee and other primates tracking. We will have our lunch and then drive to Queen Elizabeth National park.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

It will be a moment to leave the primate/nature zone for yet another African adventure to the wonderful Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will again drive through Fort portal town where you will have great sights of Uganda’s tallest Rwenzori mountain ranges and Ugandan’s on the road sides do their day to day activities, selling Matooke (Banana’s) and other fresh fruits. You shall enjoy lunch along the way as you proceed to Queen Elizabeth National park which is bordered by Lake George and Edward these two are separated by the Kazinga channel that passes through the park. You will see a number of animals the moment you drive closer to the park. Such animals are Elephants, Buffaloes, antelopes, topis, lions, buffaloes, antelopes, waterbucks, giant forest hogs, birds among

During the afternoon you will have a great time on a game drive through the park where you will be introduced to the incredible and stunning views of the park and some ranges of Mountain Rwenzori. Drive to the accommodation of your choice as you prepare for your dinner, and also have an overnight there.

Day 6: Morning game drive and the Boat Cruise.

On this day; wake up early to begin with a morning game drive immediately after having your breakfast at your lodge. During this drive you will be able to see the morning risers at the Kasenyi track such as buffaloes, antelopes, lions, elephants, here you will have the chance to see each one of them very closely. You will have to go back to your lodge; have breakfast and later lunch as you get ready for the launch/boat cruise on Kazinga channel. Where you will be nourished with amazing animal water species such as hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, and birds like the malachite kingfishers. You will obviously have to return back to your lodge and enjoy your last dinner and Overnight in the jungle.

Day 7: Depart for Lake Mburo National Park and have a boat ride..

Starting on a morning breakfast at your lodge, you will be picked by our guide/driver, briefs you about your next journey/ safari to Lake Mburo National Park. You will begin to drive towards Mbarara City through districts; Bunyaryuguru, Rubanda, IshakaBushenyi and Kabwohe.You will be making several stopovers and take pictures along the way until we reach Mbarara City where we shall have our Lunch at Igongo Cultural site. We shall have a tour around Igongo town where you will be able to see the Ugandan long horned cattle. We will have to continue Lake Mburo National Park presumably late evening and check it at our lodge. We shall rest that evening dinner at the lodge and overnight waiting for the next day beginning with the Game drive. And later a boat cruise in the afternoon. You will spot various animals enjoying nature and the breeze of the park, elands, warthogs, buffaloes, zebras, and waterbucks are what welcome you here. In the evening you will have a boat ride along the lake where you will have a great time having a chance to see different animals like the crocodiles, hippos, topis and birds like the fish eagles. If time allows you will go for a community walk with in the park before you return to the lodge for diner and an overnight.

Day 8: Morning Game drive.

Have an early morning breakfast and start off with the game drive through the Park, it takes 3 hours. This will give you an amazing glimpse of the Savannah and the 5 lakes. You will also see various animals such as antelopes, zebras, buffaloes, topis, hyenas, hippos, also not forgetting the different bird species on the acacia trees and near the lake making beautiful sounds. Lunch and later a boat cruise in the afternoon. You will spot various animals enjoying nature and the breeze of the park, elands, warthogs, buffaloes, zebras, and waterbucks are what welcome you here. In the evening you will have a boat ride along the lake where you will have a great time having a chance to see different animals like the crocodiles, hippos, topis and birds like the fish eagles. If time allows you will go for a community walk with in the park before you return to the lodge for diner and an overnight.

Day 9: Transfer from Lake Mburo National Park to Kampala/Entebbe/Departure

After an early breakfast, we will begin our journey driving through the park slowly assuming we are doing another game drive, Immediately after we will embark on the journey to Kampala/Entebbe, we shall make a stopover in Masaka or at the Equator to take pictures and for lunch that’s if we choose to just drive around Masaka City just. Continue to Kampala/Entebbe.
